T-REX
T-REX DUPLEX is an integrated system that in the automatic store handles both the cassettes for bars as well as single bars, manages the cutting list, automatically feeds the saw machine and unloads the cut pieces.

It consists of :
store for bar cassettes (with a buffer function),
store for single bars,
S/R machine with extracting device both for container and for single bars,
2 special automatic sawing machines with grippers,
2 markers with 60 characters,
store for shipping deposit with order cassettes, already prearranged for the delivery, and that according to the software program are identified by customer/order.

The bars can be of different section, both for dimensions and shape (round, flat).
A further time maximization is given by the fact that, during the cutting operations, it is possible, at the same time, to effect the loading of the raw material and the unloading of the cut pieces, with evident advantage for the material flow.
