ELEPHANT MODULAR STORE

Designed for the industries that need to store and handle small or medium quantities of long products. EMS has a max. capacity of 180 t, resulting from 60 containers of 3 tons each. In case the production increases it is possible to add a further module to the initial one. The warehouse develops vertically (up to 15 m), enabling to minimize the floor space occupied by the stocks. According to the customer needs, there are more versions differing for: working stations: frontal or lateral, with conveyor or shuttle weighing system dimensions of the containers, variable depending on the use/product needs. The warehouse software guarantees the management both of the machine and of the materials, thus monitoring the handling, the picking and refilling operation, the immediate stock updating, the order preparation, the signalling of minimal stock, mapping of each single container and section, furthermore it is prearranged for the dialogue with superior level systems (Host), from which it can receive commands for orders managements. Products: bars, pipes, profiles, moulds, dies and long products in general.
