Saving of space: thanks to the vertical development the occupied floor space is reduced till to a 1:36 ratio. It is furthermore possible to place the warehouse outdoor, with the picking station indoor.
Minimization of the access times to the products: Ant-Store put at disposal of the operator the drawer containing the required products within 50 sec. According to the user needs, the warehouse can be provided with more station, external or internal, placed on the same side or opposite at different levels.
User safety and comfort: Ant-Store doesn’t offer safety only, but it is also absolutely comfortable for the operator, thanks to the ergonomic picking stations.
Product protection: protection of the products from powder, light, unwished accesses: by means of password it is possible to control and/or hinder the access to the whole store or to some specific drawers.
Informatics: the inventory is available in real time, thanks to the automatic updating after each movement of the goods. It is possible to prearrange an alarm when the minimal stock is reached, functioning according to FIFO or LIFO logic, record of each product movement and automatic updating of stocks after each picking and or refilling operation. Possibility to search and ‘call’ the product through password, code, description and other fields that may be customized.
